Paper Tiger is an alternative to mainstream media. They try and initiate social change through their television program, which is an independent/public access style of programming.

I think we can relate to this groups work because of the fact that they are doing things themselves. They are a collaborative community, and they find ways to get their message across with the resources available to them. While I may not enjoy all of the work that they do, I can appreciate their process, and it is something that we can learn from in our own work.
